Maintenance Request

We prefer you submit maintenance requests through your tenant portal. Please login to your tenant portal and follow the prompts. If you have not activated your portal, you can get started below. If for some reason you are unable to do so please

call our 24/7 maintenance request hotline at (619) 824-3254 and submit your maintenance request. For all non-urgent-requests please s​ubmit a maintenance request​online or call the above number during business hours. Note that requests are reviewed from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Except for Holidays.

Examples of non­emergency calls include: Broken garbage disposal, garage door remote not working, running toilet, inoperable toilet when there is more than one in the home. While these are important maintenance requests, they would not be considered emergency maintenance concerns and should wait until normal business hours to be addressed.
